I get down to the precise evaluation of the testing notes and the preparation of the final report.I combine my observations and the customers' statements to form a holistic picture of what is not yet working about your product, what is working well and what is even delighting the customer. This is the basis for deciding on the next development steps.

And finally, we will all come together again for a one-hour insight workshop in which I will present the outcomes and discuss the conclusion and possible next steps with you.
